Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, diced

  • 1 medium avocado, chopped

  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

  • ½ medium red onion, chopped

  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon grated lime zest

Directions

  1. Stir together tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, cumin, and lime zest in a bowl. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
