This recipe makes 2 ready-to-use cauliflower pizza crusts. Use as desired with any of your favorite toppings.
Margherita Pizza with Cauliflower Crust:
Spread 3 tablespoons tomato sauce over each crust. Top each with 2 1/2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella, 2 slices fresh mozzarella, a pinch dried oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Bake in a preheated 450 degrees F oven (230 degrees C) until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil, cut, and serve immediately.
