  • Place broccoli in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high until defrosted, 3 to 4 minutes; they should be defrosted but not cooked all the way.

  • Serve with extra Parmesan sprinkled over top.

Cook's Note:

If I serve this to guests, I saute the garlic and broccoli on the stove and then add the Parmesan. When it's just my roommate and I, this way is even simpler and creates fewer dishes. Always a plus! It tastes great either way.
