Easy Bean Dip


Easy spicy bean dip using ingredients you probably already have on hand. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.

  • 3 medium plum tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 large avocados, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste


  1. Mix tomatoes, avocado, green onions, black beans, corn, vinegar, oil, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
