View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Add Photo Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Total Time: 55 mins Servings: 16 Yield: 16 servings Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 2 cups light mayonnaise 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 1 (10 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Blend mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and onion in a food processor. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and continue to bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 more minutes. Serve hot. Cook's Note: I use Finlandia(R) cheese. You can use regular, light, or lacy.
