Hot Spinach, Artichoke, and Swiss Cheese Dip

A hot spinach and artichoke dip made with delicious Swiss cheese. Serve with crackers or sliced baguettes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light mayonnaise

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

  • 1 (10 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Blend mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and onion in a food processor. Spoon into a baking dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and continue to bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 more minutes.

  4. Serve hot.

Cook's Note:

I use Finlandia(R) cheese. You can use regular, light, or lacy.
