  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1 (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese, diced

  • 6 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped


  1. Mix together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.

  2. Add tomatoes, burrata cheese, and basil. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
