View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Add Photo Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Additional Time: 1 hr Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Servings: 8 Yield: 8 servings Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients ½ cup Italian-style salad dressing ½ cup sugar-free barbeque sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 ½ pounds Beef, top sirloin, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, all grades, raw Directions Mix salad dressing, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper together in a medium ceramic or glass bowl or gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add steak tips and turn or shake to coat; cover or seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Cook steak tips on the preheated grill until firm but slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Cook's Note: I used Newman's Own(R) Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing or any sugar-free Italian dressing. Use any sugar-free BBQ sauce.
