Ingredients

  • ½ cup Italian-style salad dressing

  • ½ cup sugar-free barbeque sauce

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 ½ pounds Beef, top sirloin, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, all grades, raw

Directions

  1. Mix salad dressing, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper together in a medium ceramic or glass bowl or gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add steak tips and turn or shake to coat; cover or seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  3. Cook steak tips on the preheated grill until firm but slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side.

Cook's Note:

I used Newman's Own(R) Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing or any sugar-free Italian dressing. Use any sugar-free BBQ sauce.
