Easy, however I think the next time I use this I will probably let the spuds marinate for a longer period of time, was expecting a bit more flavor from the salad dressing. I used baby purple potatoes this go-round so it will be fun to try with "regular" spuds (russets, yellows, Yukons, etc.) Read More
