Copycat Peach Milkshake

The peach milkshake at Chick-fil-A® had 720 calories so this was born to try and make it just as delicious, but healthier!

Ingredients

  • 2 small fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks

  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks

  • 6 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream

Directions

  1. Put peaches and banana chunks in a zip-top freezer bag. Transfer to the freezer, along with the Greek yogurt, until frozen, 4 to 5 hours.

  2. Combine frozen fruit, frozen Greek yogurt, and vanilla frozen yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.

Cook's Note:

You can use nonfat peach Greek yogurt instead of vanilla, if desired.
