Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can red salmon, drained

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons grated onion

  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, or as needed

Directions

  1. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke, salt, and Worcestershire in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until fully incorporated.

  2. Wrap cheese mixture in plastic wrap and form into a ball. Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight. Roll in chopped walnuts before serving.
