Grease a glass 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Wrap each apple slice with a crescent roll. Place in the prepared pan. Combine apple juice, sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave until butter is melted, heating in 30-second intervals. Mix well. Pour evenly over rolls. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until golden and apples are soft, about 15 minutes more. Serve hot.
