  • ½ (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened

  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  1. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard in a blender until smooth.

  2. Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until hot, about 3 minutes.
