Heat until bubbles start to appear on the outer edges of the saucepan, 5 to 7 minutes; do not boil. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts. Cook's Notes: Any sweetener can be substituted, including sugar. Peppermint extract can be very strong. Taste coffee creamer and if more is needed add 1/4 teaspoon at a time.
