  • 4 cups milk

  • 2 cups chopped apple

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Combine milk, apple, oats, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and ginger in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Stir ingredients together, then close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

  2. Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 10 minutes.
