This delicious green smoothie has pineapple, mango, banana, blueberries, and greens of your choice.

  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • ¾ cup water

  • 1 medium banana, broken into chunks

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ cup frozen mango


  1. Combine kale and water in a blender; process until no chunks remain. Add banana, blueberries, pineapple, and mango; blend until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Use any greens you like. I recommend using kale or spinach.
