Ingredients

  • 3 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

  • ¾ cup Buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, Buffalo sauce, and Cheddar cheese in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook over High heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and blended, about 1 hour.

Cook's Notes:

You can use ranch dressing in place of blue cheese. For Buffalo sauce, I use Red's(R) or Frank's(R) RedHot(R).

Dip can be baked in a 9x13-inch baking dish instead of in a slow cooker, if preferred. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 15 minutes.
