This curry ketchup is a great sauce for lamb burgers or oven-baked French fries. It mixes the sweetness of ketchup with Sriracha hot sauce and a bit of curry. Goes great with lamb burgers with balsamic-caramelized onions and Gruyere.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow curry powder

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, or to taste

  • 1 pinch ground cumin, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place ketchup in a medium mixing bowl. Add curry powder and mix until the it is incorporated and there are no dry lumps in the ketchup. Mix in Sriracha and cumin.
