Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a brown paper bag. Put about 1 tablespoon pie filling in the center of each tortilla and roll up like a burrito, folding both ends over. Lower burritos carefully into the hot oil in batches. Fry until medium brown and crispy, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and then shake in the paper bag until coated with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining burritos. Cook's Note: Use any fruit pie filling you like. Editor's Note: We have determined the nutritional value of oil for frying based on a retention value of 10% after cooking. Amount will vary depending on cooking time and temperature, ingredient density, and specific type of oil used.
