  • Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and toss until evenly covered.

  • Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.

  • Arrange chicken in the basket of the preheated air fryer in a single layer, not touching. Cook until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes, turning halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). For crispier wings, increase temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

An excellent, but of course I left out onion and black pepper. This is very tasty and easy to prepare. Use as snack food or prepare with side veggies for a light meal. Thanks, just don't overcook. Read More

My package of wings was 2 pounds and there was plenty of rub to cover all of them. Bumped the temp up to 400 for crispier wings as suggested in the directions. Cook time is spot on and these turned out pretty good. I know they are supposed to be spicy and I live for spicy food but even these were too hot for me. I will definitely make again but will reduce the cayenne next time. Read More

I made this and my husband loved it! Said they were the best wings he’s ever had. I made it exactly per the recipe. Warning: these really are spicy (a beautiful build) so you may want to reduce the cayenne if you don’t like things too hot. Read More
