  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ small Haas avocado

  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4 cubes ice, or as needed


  1. Combine almond milk, avocado, sweetener, cocoa powder, and ice cubes in blender; blend until thick and creamy.

Cook's Note:

I top my shake with Swerve(R)-sweetened whipped cream.
