Fish Sandwiches with Lemon-Dill Aioli
Blackened fish sandwiches with a tangy lemon-dill aioli. Garnish with lettuce and tomato, if desired. Store the remaining aioli in the refrigerator.
Use any white fish you like. You can use either homemade or store-bought buns.
How long to cook the fish will depend on the size and thickness of your fish. If you are using fairly thin pieces, about 1/2-inch thick, the recommended cooking time in the recipe should be correct.
Heat the buns in a separate pan, grill pan, or broiler, just for added texture, until slightly brown.
