Goes great on all BBQ, but invented with chicken in mind. Also a great marinade for chicken. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Okay folks this is the real deal. I am diabetic so I either had to eat my BBQ dry or live with very high blood sugar levels for a day. I used this sauce on chicken thighs and it was amazing. I sliced the thighs to the bone and marinated them for about 4 hours. I grilled them COVERED for 10 minutes. Turned, brushed with sauce and 10 again. Turn, sauce 10. Turn and 20 minutes to 180 degrees. Delicious. Read More
