  • Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onion and cook until almost translucent, about 5 minutes. This turned out pretty good. Very easy and quick to make. I did not add the garlic until after the onions were soft and translucent. I sauteed until fragrant, about 1 minute then added the rest of the ingredients.Thanks for sharing your recipe. Read More
