Glazed Salmon

Fantastic recipe! The only thing missing is salt, and it is needed to really bring out the flavors. I'd also recommended cooking flesh side down first, then flipping to skin-side down halfway through. My salmon was quite thick (about 1.5"), so it took a few extra minutes to cook to a perfect medium doneness. I would definitely make this again with the noted changes. You might also want to double the glaze.
