Spray a 9x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels. Saute onion and bell pepper in the bacon grease over medium-high heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Add baked beans, apple pie filling, pulled pork, barbeque sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, barbeque rub, and cayenne. Pour into the prepared dish. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and hot, about 1 hour. Cook's Note: Chop any larger apple pieces in the pie filling.
