Easy Stir-Fry Sauce
This is a great and easy-to-make stir-fry sauce for beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp. It is also good for just veggies. It isn't spicy, but you can add some Sriracha to kick it up a notch if you wish.
You can regular or low-sodium tamari instead of soy sauce.
To use: Add to your stir-fry mixture after the protein is cooked and vegetables have been added. Bring sauce to a boil then simmer until thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Your stir-fry is ready to serve!
