Vegan Chili is a fantastic idea! There is nothing “weird” in it to possibly turn anyone away from trying this. For my taste, I like a lot of veggies in my chili. I think the addition of chopped green bell peppers, diced onions and chopped carrots would be great. Also, with the addition of the onions, I would adjust the spices a bit and possibly eliminate the onion powder altogether and add more chili powder and maybe some pickled jalapeño juice. I’m usually not a big fan of okra unless it’s fried, but it was a great addition to this recipe! Thank you for a great recipe! Read More
