Easy to make for sure but mine did end up taking 9-10 minutes to get crisp. The recipe calls for a drizzle of oil but you are going to need more than a drizzle for the entire recipe. It's more like a drizzle per chip. I recommend putting the oil in a small dish and brushing it on. I din't particularly love these. I prefer corn tortillas when it comes to a chip. These were more like the pita chips you buy in the store. If you like pita chips then you will like these and they are a fraction of the cost and that is why I am still giving them 4 stars. Easy to make and a good snack when your craving chips. Compliment it with salsa, guacamole or a cilantro ranch dip. Don't forget to bake on parchment paper and they will come out perfect! Read More
