This is a great combination. I have rosemary and thyme in my garden. I don't understand why it says to strip the leaves from them! That's where the flavor is. (Unless it means to use only the leaves...it's not clear) Read More

These turned out really good and the fresh herbs made all the difference. The 475 scared me and so I cooked them at 425 for 30 minutes and they were perfect. Simple and delicious! Read More
