This recipe is easy enough. I used a 6lb pork shoulder (it is what I was given my grocery order) and one (Hot and Spicy) taco seasoning packet and 1 cup of water. It resulted in a ton of broth so I am questioning mixing with a cup of water. The overall flavor, you could barely tell I had used the taco seasoning other than some saltiness. Read More
