These are a nice, very mildly flavored chicken salad sandwich. I followed the recipe other than subbing almonds for walnuts as I realized at the last moment that I didn't have any on hand. After trying the recipe as written, I did end up adding a little extra mayo, pepper, and a touch of garlic powder.
