Pineapple-Coconut Ice Pops
All fruit and no added sugar in these ice pops means they make a healthier summer treat for kids and adults alike!
Use very ripe pineapple for adequate sweetness; canned pineapple also works well. You can add honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter ice pop.
I made 6 small ice pops with this recipe, about 2 ounces each.
