  • 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and garlic salt together in a bowl.

Cook's Notes:

Add steak to marinade and let marinate 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.

You can use a can of pineapple chunks instead of juice.
