Both my husband and I enjoyed this refreshing salad. I used thinly sliced white onion in place of the red onion, as that's what I had on hand. I also subbed tomatoes for the radishes, again, because that's what I had. I have a similar recipe that doesn't use mustard. While I prefer that one, this one is definitely worth making again.
