Ingredients

  • 1 cup firmly packed spinach leaves

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • 1 tablespoon powdered lemonade mix (such as Country Time®)

  • 1 packet stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)

  • ¾ cup cold water

Directions

  1. Combine spinach, mango, avocado, powdered lemonade mix, sugar substitute, and water in a blender; blend until thick and frothy.

Cook's Notes:

Fresh lemon juice can be used in place of powdered lemonade mix.

Use the sweetener of your choice.
