Greek-Style Lemon Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Spread potatoes evenly in a large casserole dish.
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasoned salt, chicken soup base, and Greek seasoning together in a separate dish. Pour over potatoes and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven, uncovered, until just tender, about 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to bake until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.

Yummy! Will make again

I love the taste of these and the chicken base added a lot of extra flavor. I did par cook them in the microwave before Browning them in the oven.

Made as written and these turned out really good. I never would have thought to use chicken soup base and it added a ton of flavor. These did stick to the bottom pretty bad so I'd recommend ligh...
