Great. My Cod was thick, like an inch. Sauteed at 5 minutes per side was perfect. Yummy Flaky Asian flavor cod. Served it with an Asian noodle salad made with poke sauce and lots of veggies. Will become a regular dish on our weekly fish menu.
Read MoreTo be fair, I had no ginger paste so had to use another recipe loosely as I had ginger powder here and the other recipe called for fresh ginger in it, and I went shy on the ginger then since it can be spicy. Perhaps it lacked in ginger, but it tasted too orange to me. I recommend holding back some of the sauce to put on the fish or dip it in while eating it. It’s got so much going on this recipe I feel it needs less ingredients truly. Next time, maybe no orange juice.

Good mix of sweet and salty! I cooked this in my ninja grill rather than on an outdoor grill and it worked great! (Word to the wise, unlike me: it might do you well to line your grill basket with foil to avoid the fish from crumbling into the grates!)
