To be fair, I had no ginger paste so had to use another recipe loosely as I had ginger powder here and the other recipe called for fresh ginger in it, and I went shy on the ginger then since it can be spicy. Perhaps it lacked in ginger, but it tasted too orange to me. I recommend holding back some of the sauce to put on the fish or dip it in while eating it. It’s got so much going on this recipe I feel it needs less ingredients truly. Next time, maybe no orange juice. Read More
