Made as written and these turned out pretty good. They were very flavorful. The recipe did not specify whether to use skinless boneless thighs or skin on. I used skin on because I wanted to be able to stick them under the broiler for a few minutes in the end to get some crisp to them. This was easy to throw together and the fresh rosemary makes a big difference in flavor. Read More
