This curry dip is fantastic with crudites and/or chips. My latest idea is mixing it with my albacore tuna instead of mayo. Mouth-wateringly good. Tastes even better the next day.

I will admit, I saw the ingredients and wondered how the dip would taste. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this dip. It’s a little tangy and smokey and the perfect alternative to ranch dips. If anyone may think the curry flavor would be overpowering and it’s not at all.
