This delicious treat is a great way to boost energy and get all the benefits of protein powder without the icky taste. My favorite thing before a workout!

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon powdered green tea, or to taste

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Blend blackberries, water, honey, powdered green tea, and vanilla protein powder in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth and drinkable.
