Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Neufchatel cheese, softened

  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder, or to taste

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, cottage cheese, Neufchatel cheese, stevia, and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.

  2. Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.

Cook's Note:

Adjust the stevia according based on the sweetness of your strawberries.
