Super Immunity Boost Juice
Orange, ginger, and turmeric, well-known immunity powerhouses, combine to make this tasty and healthy juice that is loaded with Vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Depending on your oranges, this recipe will yield between 12 and 16 fluid ounces.
A 2-inch piece of ginger is about 1 ounce. Two 1 1/2-inch pieces of turmeric are about 1/2 ounce. There is no need to peel the ginger or turmeric, but turmeric will stain, so take care when handling. For a spicier flavor, increase the ginger.
Juices made in a centrifugal juicer should be consumed within 24 hours. Juices made in a masticating (cold-press) juicer should be consumed within 48 hours.
