I didn't change a thing except I doubled the recipe for my large family. All gone, non left for tomorrow!
Nice way to cook a not so tender cut of meat. I left it juicy by adding more water and served it with rice on the side.
We ate this with rice and the kiddies really like it. I put hot sauce and liked it better.
