  • Combine strawberries and mint in a rocks glass. Smash gently with a muddler until berries are a pulp and herbs smell strong. Add rum and sour mix and stir. Fill 3/4 full with ice and top off with Prosecco.

You can use 6 leaves of any fresh herb such as basil, verbena, or cilantro instead of mint. Or, you can use a 1-inch section of fresh rosemary or thyme.

You can use white gin like Bombay Sapphire(R) instead of white rum.
