I love it, these rolls are light and fluffy with a nice complementation of salt and yeast.
I was puzzled by the lack of salt in this recipe then realized it was left out to "control" the yeast. They bake up nice and fluffy but they taste flat due to the lack of salt and I am very salt sensitive. I highly recommend that you do not let them rest covered with foil, the foil stuck to the buns.
This roll recipe tasted good, although it was a little heavy.
