  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.

  • Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Made this a few times now, it's really good! Only changes I made - softened the cream cheese in the microwave, then mixed all the spices into it before adding the noodles. I've played with the spices a bit too, basically use whatever you like. My fav is minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano and a little bit of fresh minced basil. Sometimes I add a little fennel to give it a lasagna taste. I also added some sour cream once because I was short on cream cheese and it turned out fine. Super easy recipe. Thanks for sharing! Easy Peasy recipe and delicious. I added 2 pounds of ground turkey as I do not eat red meat. Doubled the spices because I was using turkey. No leftovers much to my family’s dismay. Read More

Outstanding, Creamy, and Wonderful! I followed the recipe closely, but softened the cream cheese and stirred in the spices before adding to the noodles. I also added some freshly chopped basil to the cream cheese mixture and on top after it was baked. This was a big hit and will make several appearances in my house from now on. Thank you!!! Read More
