A simple marinade to throw together, but it didn't yield much in the way of flavor. This definitely needed a sprinkle of salt before serving to help bring out the flavors. I discovered I don't particularly care for sweet flavors on tilapia, even though I love it on salmon. To save time and effort, I didn't bother flipping the tilapia. I just left it under the broiler for 7 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. My filets were about 8 ounces and fairly thick. The fish did smell great when it was cooking though! Read More
