  1. Whisk Greek yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, so flavors blend, about 30 minutes.

  • If you are using as a spread, keep at this consistency. If you are using as a dressing, add a bit more buttermilk until it is pourable.

This turned out pretty good. As the recipe submitter mentioned in the footnotes, I was using it as a dressing instead of a spread so I added more buttermilk. 1/4 cup more to be exact. After lett...
