  • Heat lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sugar, paprika, mustard powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir until mixture begins to get bubbly and translucent, 3 to 5 minutes.

Made as written to start with but as soon as the cornstarch slurry was added it immediately became way too thick. I ended up tripling the water if I had to guess which also diluted the flavor. The flavor combo is a good one but if I were to make this again there would be some tweaks. Read More
