  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Combine radishes and carrots on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon-pepper seasoning; toss to coat.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Substitute large carrots for baby ones; peel and cut them into 1-inch chunks.
